Unruly behavior of MTN Agents

I am so petrified by the behavior of MTN Agents. I have been loyal with this Company because of the courtesy and welcoming atmosphere I always get whenever I set my foot at your Cape Town stores. We do not need these types of Agents, holding this type of behavior which completely dents the image and reputation of this company. Especially the last one He did not show any empathy neither He was willing to listen, and He made it worse by giving me the wrong information and dropping the phone on my ear. I do request whether you send them for a training or something otherwise clients will leave MTN because of mistreatment.
