Unresponsive mtn

My name is Ofentse Setimo, my phone number of *** was suspended last year as it was R5600 Rand in arrears. I made a payment of 2800 in October and made another of R2200 rand in November at Standard Bank. But to my surprise, my second instalment of R2200 has not been processed, this after I've made arrangements with the bank to fix what might have been the problem. But to date I have never received any correspondence from Mtn confirming receipt of my complaint. I tried calling 809 number but I'm transferred to the 808 number where the call centre agents there are unable to help me. <br> I would really appreciate if Siyabulela.Mlunjwana would contact me on ***
