Unresponsive

I am dissatisfied and disappointed with the company MTN I wrote a review last week and they were online and didn't bother to reply today I spoke to three agents Precious,Fezeka who put me on hold for 24 minutes and abondened the call and Nonhlanhla who said she escalated my quiry to the team leader up to now I have not received a call from the team leader What also make me angry is that precious said that there were no notes on my profile despite that I was given a reference number *** I demand a refund from MTN they can't send people to mislead me and generate funds from me unkwowingly there is no way I would agree to be charged more than I was already paying I did not agree to be migrated
