Unresolved Query

I'm extremely disappointed and furious about MTN's services regarding my contract inquiry that has not been resolved till date, I'm still awaiting my smses and data to be provisioned to me. They told me that my issue will be resolved by last week Friday which didn't happen , I called in ample times and all I've been getting is empty promises. What irks me is that at the end of the day, they are going to deduct full amount however all I'm getting is a quarter of the package.
