Unresolved MTN double deal issue (PAYING FOR NOTHING)

So iv had an upgrade with MTN STORE in South Africa and it was a double deal which was done going to 3 months in this months ago.... I got the phone and router but the Sim where the data is suppose to come on I have not received due to it not being sorted out so iv been paying for something I have not even received which is not write and fair at all to me as a paying customer, honestly at this point I feel like I want my contract reversed or canceled I find it annoying having to come into a MTN STORE every morning before work to escalate the issue only good thing I can say is the management at the store is very helpful and is not annoyed with me for coming in the store so much I will definitely not be doing dealings with MTN STORES IN Sa. This needs to be sorted out
