Unresolved issues

The service received is *********** and very unprofessional. Constant problems when upgrading my wife's contract at Westgatemall branch . Contract I signed up for is not the package I am receiving. Almost 2 months later still not resolved. Tried to rectify in store and after 4 tries, no results. Plus I am being overcharged 😩 I am now paying for 2 phones as per the statement which they admit it is not there policy agreement.
