Unresolved investigation for ********** contracts since February: ***

Mtn has the most pathetic and shady service you can think of. On the 19th of February 2021, I reported ********** contracts under my account which were processed by one of their staff member at Sales Department, until today they haven't resolved the matter. Yet they still expect me to keep paying for the very same reported ********** contracts while they dragging their feet in concluding the matter. The whole situation has all the likelihood of being an inside job, hence the whole delay. To top it off, they have blocked my number for none payments of such contracts. I paid for those ********** contracts in February thinking that the investigation would be concluded within 14 days as per their policy, and get refunded. Unfortunately nothing has happened until now, instead they kept replying to my emails by saying one and the same thing that "the matter had be escalated to ***** Department" (which is none existent) with this reference number: ***. Guys be warned about Mtn, that company is something else.
