Unresolved identity *****

I have been a victim of identiy *****. MTN is insisting that details are the same as mine the more i explain that it was not me. Ive opened a case at police station and submitted relevant documents at a an mtn store in vangate mall. Mtn is deducting money from my bank account and no one is helping. Countless emails im sending to customer care but to no avail and no resolving. Its messing up my credit history and no cares. If anyone can help me please reach out to me on whatsapp ***.
