Unresolved ***** Isssue (months later)
Towards the end of last year, i began receiving bills for an MTN contract i have never owned. I immediately reversed the charges and visited MTN in Gardens, Cape Town. It appears someone had used my details to take out a new contract and had racked up an account of thousands of rands. I was told it would be sorted out. The next month i received another bill. I went back to the same MTN, this time with an original sworn police affidavit, and was told the matter would be settled. I received no more accounts and considered the matter closed.

Recently i began receiving calls & SMS's from a legal company called Norman Bisset, who seem to deal in debt collection. I am floored by this. Not only is the matter not actually resolved, but you have now handed the matter over to debt collectors? I went through the inconvenience again of going to MTN Gardens, to request that they give me a copy of the affidavit so that i could send it to Norman Bisset. Your staff could not find it and were completely ***********. I waited in MTN for nearly an hour while your staff clicked randomly on their screens. Am i supposed to settle your ***** issues now? I'm not even a customer of yours!
