UNRESOLVED DOUBLE CHARGES

🚨 MTN Unresolved Double Charge, it’s been 4 MONTHS 🚨 I am beyond frustrated with MTN's unprofessionalism. I initiated a corporate contract and was double charged on certain line items amounting to almost 2 x my contract amount. Despite countless emails and follow-ups, its been 4 MONTHS and I have YET to receive my refund. This delay is unacceptable and is testament to MTN’s poor customer service. #MTN #CustomerServiceFail
