UNRESOLVED COMPANY ACCOUNT REACTIVATION

Good day

my directors made a eft payment on account no A*** on the 12/09/2020 i am struggling to get them back online mtn keeps on suspending their service. i was at 2 mtn stores and is struggeling to get this business account active again. My directors is stuck for three more weeks near botswana border and we cant communicate with them. THEY cant even do payments to employees because they dont have an active service. We dont even know if they are safe because we must phone them they cant phone or whatsapp out. please give my directors a call on ***. The company and employees are suffering due to no mtn store could resolve this. mtn is useless. the sad part is it is a business account. i will advise my directors to switch this account and server provider
