Unresolved billing issue since February 2022

Phone no: *** Still no closer to solving my account issue, I've stopped paying my account months ago as I feel that since they owe me money why should I keep on paying if they are no interested in solving my account problem. I'm being charged double every month,. My lines got suspended for not paying but I cannot do anything to them for overcharging. No one contacts me to try and solve my problem.
