Unresolved Account – Payments Not Reflected Despite months of Deduction

I am extremely frustrated with the way MTN has handled my account, especially regarding the collections process through your appointed attorneys. My account was previously handed over to Strauss Daly Attorneys. I made consistent payments under their management for quite some time. However, the account has now been transferred to Hammond Attorneys, and to my shock, they are claiming that I still owe the exact same amount I owed before I started making any payments to Strauss Daly. This is completely unacceptable. It appears that none of my payments have been accounted for, and there's no transparency or proper reconciliation being done between your legal representatives. I have made every effort to settle this matter in good faith, and now I’m left in a worse position despite meeting my obligations. I demand an urgent investigation and a full statement reflecting: All payments made to Strauss Daly, How those payments were allocated, The outstanding balance after reconciliation. MTN, please take accountability and resolve this issue. This situation is damaging to my credit record and causing unnecessary stress.
