Unreliable MTN WiFi router

MTN's MTNMIFI_01DFBE is quite possibly the WORST piece of equipment I've ever received from MTN on a data contract. I'm experiencing ENDLESS connectivity issues with this WiFi router - first it disconnects by itself, then it refuses to start up after me having to hold down the button for ten seconds or more.

I demand early termination of this contract without penalties (it expires on 13 November 2022), or replacement of this router with more reliable equipment.
