Unreliable company

I paid off my cellphone account in full in October 2021, my status at the store still shows I'm in credit of R6250 and that amount was paid off in full.

I tried querying this and getting this resolved in 2021 and thought it was close but my ITC still shows MTN and MTN directly still states I owe them money as I tried to go and get a new contract.
