UNRELIABLE

It doesn't even deserve 1-star. If you want to keep your sanity, NEVER TAKE OUT A CONTRACT WITH MTN! I cancelled my contract during the cooling off period due to unforeseen circumstances and I'm still getting debited by them. I'm literally paying for devices I never used!!

And their store tells me to sort it out with Rewadsco and Rewardsco sends me back to MTN. Don't even bother with customer care lines or email addresses because they've BEEN escalating this matter 🙄. 4 months of pulling my hair out!! A lesson learnt!!
