Unrefunded money

I went to mall of the north polokwane ,to pay for my unlimited wifi datas(02 November 2024 .when I was paying the made an error and take R2508 from my account then they said they have processed the refund , I've sent the banking details and everything today as I am speaking I haven't got my money back . I am so mad at them mind you that was the money to get me through the month. I have called the area manager and there is no reply.
