Unrealistic contact

I recently took out a phone contract with MTN at West Coast Mall. One of the consultants assisted me whereby he did not give me the full information and settings of the contract. That leaded to the overdraft of the data whereby I couldn't understand how it excalated to such a huge amount at of the month. I went back to MTN for assistance regarding the faulty billing of my contract with no luck. They sent me from pillar to post with no real solutions. It ended up whereby they blocked my number and phone. Due to all the missteps they handed my account over. I'm still waiting for sallution, my experience with MTN was very unprofessional and unexceptable
