UNREAL SERVICE ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!!

<p>MTN</p> <p>I went into the shop at THE GROVE, I sat there for an hour when I then requested assistance I was told I needed to phone a MTN number???</p> <p>I then phone the MTN number I hold for 40 minutes they put me through to 3 different departments cant help me tell me I must go back into the store</p> <p>The internet doesnt work either I am an MTN customer for years I have an activated profile my bills are sent on email when I enter my number to Link my account it says my number is not an MTN conract number</p> <p> </p> <p>LOST BEYOND WORDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
