unreachably consultant and non portable sim

<p>I ported my number ********** 875 back to mtn from fnb..after sending details through sms for porting the sim is wasn't ported and is failing to connect for days..tried to call customer care number but without option to speak to consultant... So what now if its like this ???how do i come abaut my sim activated ???</p>
