Unreachable Legal Department

Why do you guys fool your customers, you telling customers that you have so called Legal Department but no contact only an unattended email address ********** my foot. Yesterday I wrote a review on this platform and you responded that my contract is closed I quote "The payment for R557.10 was received, the legal department has closed the account. for account A ********** " I asked you guys to send me the settlement letter but no respond only an auto reply email. Please do the right thing and send me a letter to show that the account is closed. I don't want any excuses anymore. The CPA No 68 of 2008 stipulates that I as a consumer have a Right to know what a suppliers is doing with my account. Please sort this out ASAP. You mess up with my account so you need to fix it now. Send me a letter showing that the account is paid up.
