Unreachable Call Centre ***
I have been trying to get hold of MTN call centre for the last 4 days. i have spent more than 8 hours holding and 2 hours at a service provider's store to no avail. They unduly soft locked my phone and there is no means of reaching them to resolve the query. My business depends on this phone being usable. <br> <br> Why have a call centre which no one answers calls?
