Unreachable

It has been 4 months trying to get hold of MTN Legal so i can pay my MTN contract and there is no response. I called call centre and i was told an email is sent to them and they will contact me but i am still waiting. I asked for their contacts and i was told they dont take calls so they will call me back but i am still waiting. I am going to be charged even if i tried to contact so i can pay while i could not even reach them. Terrible service. I am very unhappy and dont want to do business with them ever again in my life.
