unproffesional and disrespectful and dishonesty with the manager at mtn quagga centre pretoria west .Bad attitute of the manager with no respect to the client i went the branch more two times to request the contract to be changed to the pre-paid and i was told to come on the 6th May and when i went at the store i was told to come on the next day of which on the 7th May and if i dnt come i will be debited and when i told why he told the 6th he said he dnt knw where i got the date and in that he called another client to help because i was wasting his time because he wont help
