Unprofessionalism at Mtn Eastgate

I visited Mtn Eastgate mall the owned store and was helped by a rude consultant who assisted his white friends whiles busy with my new contract application. My contract got declined due to him capturing my surname incorrect but my ID was given to him. The consultant did boughter to call me back I had to call after them to confirm if I my contract was accepted.
