Unprofessional Unhelpful and waste of time and money

Bought the Made 4 u Data bundle for R79, 2.5gbs day and 2.5gbs night. This was done via my Banking App, called customer care to have it credited as it never reflected, absolutely unhelpful unprofessional consultant never assisted in any way, asked me to email customer care again which I already did. So done with this MTN now, Telkom assists you whilst you on the call with them, they will trace the email, clearly MTN cannot match this service
