Unprofessional spiteful Bukisile Madlala

MTN you should get more professional consultants than to have officials such as Bukisile whom I think put me on hold for long just to spite on me as I had a complain and needed to speak to her manager.

To my surprise she came back only to tell me that the manger was busy on the other line and others in a meeting. How can MTN operates with stuff having no supervision especially if consultant like Bukisile cannot be of help to clients?

MTN should learn one or two things from Miway consultants.
