Unprofessional So-Called Service Champions

MTN keeps on messing up and I think I'll end up canceling everything. I requested for a cancelled and an update on the 22nd July 2020 so I can get a relief from paying too much. The lady by the name of Thelma Ngobeni handled my query and asked for relevant documents. I submitted and stil and did follow up on the 5th August and nothing from her. On the 11th I had to call and do another application and now my account is loaded with the package I cancelled on the 22nd! MTN has made life hell for 3 months and I am asking myself why I am still with them?
