Unprofessional service at mtn

Hi My documents were used by unknown person whereby he managed to open CREDIT CARD at standard bank with a value of R60.000,car was purchased and MTN CONTRACT,at a later stage the bank did clear my name and I was under the ***** victims (SAFPS)I did report the matter to MTN,I also attached the documents as per their request,but they keep on asking for payment
