Unprofessional service at Menlym mall Mtn

MTN is busy selling us a ****le that is not working. You buy the ****le and buy data that you will never use as their ****le does not work. You try calling them they promise to call you back and they never when you make follow-ups they answer the phone and talk to their colleagues avoiding the phone yet they do answer it and avoid talking to you on the phone. It's very unprofessional and annoying
