Unprofessional service

Pathetic unprofessional service received from Shaleen Reddy (MTN direct) ***. The agent upgraded my cellphone contract during the month of December 2023 and has messed up the upgrade. I have been incorrectly billed and not been provisioned the correct minutes and data as per the agreement. I have made several attempts to contact Shaleen via email as well as contact MTN to rectify the issue and no one at MTN seems to be able to resolve this.
