Unprofessional service

My samsung tablet contract had expired and i went to the mtn office to migrate my contract to a prepaid one.this was in May 2015 and apparently mtn was having a strike which i was unaware off. A woman who i clearly remember handled this request of mine.she apparently is from the musgrave branch in dbn and was helping out.she was very long on the system and i even asked her if she knew how to handle this request.she also made me sign documents.i left the store that day thinking everything has been sorted.i am 8 months pregnant and dont have the energy to come back.In June ,i was upset that my debit was the same and nothing had changed.
I went back to the store and spoke to the manager and a consultant name Chanel that confirmed that nothing was logged in the system for this request which made me very angry bearing in mind i am pregnant!
I knew who exactly dealt with my request and they called her to ask her where the paperwork was and she could not remember who she gave it to and no one in the store could help with this.
Another request was logged on the system by Chanel and the manager said i will be refunded and will call me to let me know what was going on.No call as yet! help!
