Unprofessional Service

<p>I have an account with MTN with the following cellphone number ********** 509. I have phoned on numerous ocassions to sort out a query and each time I get told MTN will phone me back. </p> <p> </p> <p>There was a mistake from my side and they sent the account to Legal. I however fixed the problem immediately and on the 31 of January 2017 to be exact. It is now end of May and until today absolutely nothing has been done and I have not received any feedback. </p> <p> </p> <p>I think this service is extremely poor and nothing to be proud of. You are very quick to demand money but when it comes to giving good service or any service for that matter it does not exist. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
