Unprofessional poor non existent customer service

Tried to cancel my contract with MTN, spoke to Randel Daniels was so rude and unprofessional, he didn’t give me a chance to speak when I told him to shutup let me speak to his supervisor because he doesn’t want to help me, he refused. Looks like if you cancel your contract with MTN you can’t get service from MTN.
