I did an upgrade online ...MTN and rewards will never get used again.... They sent me something that wasn't even on the contract and when I questioned nobody could answer... rewards stated it was mtn problem and mtn stated it was rewards fault... Mtn even sent me someone else documents. I would NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN...I AM AFRAID IF SOMEONE ELSE DOCUMENTS WERE SENT TO ME WHAT ABOUT MY DOCUMENTS.
