Unprofessional

I am Philasande Ngqungqumba, my cellphone contract ended on 12/10/2022.I visited the Greenacres store where I was told I must wait for 30 days for the contract to be terminated & the sim card can be prepaid (what nonsense is that)? This is not the 1st sim card I have requested to be on prepaid in the past.
