unprofessional customer service

I bought a phone online purchase there was a situation where i mistakenly gave them the wrong number. Now its been 4 weeks that i ve been calling you guys you to rectify the situation i CALLED AGAIN!!! and one of your consultants said that they have rectified it and sent a email to DSV but DSV HASNT RECIEVED NOTHING FROM YOU GUYS So i called again today and now they telling me that my number must be under an account what nonsense is that im confused really your services is very bad unprofessional people.
