Unprofessional, Customer Bulling and Poor Service

Last year 27 October 2023 (Ref No: ***), & 16 November 2023 (Ref # ***), I GAVE a notice to MTN to closed my cell phone account which was due to expire at the end December and received the above cancellation numbers.

Today when I check my account is owing R 824.00. It is very unprofessional & unfair to see this bad behavior and poor service since MTN had my banking details and have debited R 335.00 in December 2024.
