Unprofessional Call Centre

On 27 Mar 2024 at 11h26 I received a call from *** stating that they would like to offer me a migration to another MTN data package. I declined the offer and whilst explaining to the person why (his request), he ended the phone call. Very unprofessional and unacceptable, considering I have been a loyal client of MTN for the last 20+ years... Maybe it is time to change. Eitherway, will treat them the same way in future and start blocking the numbers - this behaviour does not deserve my support or money.
