Unprofessional Behavior from a Manager Boitumelo at MTN Matlosana Mall

As a customer at MTN I am disappointed in the kind of customer service my mother got from the Manager (Boitumelo) at Matlosana Mall.

My mother came at the store for a Sim swap instead of her assistng my mom she tells my mother that she has to take out R55 of which my mother was abit confused about everything my mother called me and I spoke to Boitumelo first of all from her greetings you could hear that she was irritated by this Sim swap customer her manner of approach was extremely poor coming from a manager.

I asked her once when you are required to pay the R55 amount because I was in Potch last week and I was assisted freely she further told me to take my mom and let her do the Sim swap in Potchefstroom

I told her that she's being rude and her attitude is very bad to a point whereby she pushed me to my limit and I lost it

I am writing this email for assistance regarding this matter if this is the kinds of services we are going to be getting as customers.

If this matter is not dealt with accordingly I will take it further.
