Unprofessional attitute

On Wednesday I went to Mtn headquarters after trying to contact customer services to no avail, yet because I reside nearby decided to go to the headquarters. Got there here is this receptionists they were 2 at the time a male and a female busy talking among themselves and I was waiting patiently, greeted good morning she picked up the phone dialed without so much as an acknowledgement or a pardon. After she finished with so much contention asked if she can assist me, well the gentleman assisted me and assured me someone from retentions would come down.... I waited close to 30 minutes everyone whom I was waiting with complaining about Sophie's attitude seemingly not only towards me it appears, after that 30 minutes went back to them I enquire how long would I have to wait, Sophie said they are on their way, a nice man Randall Daniels whom I was already annoyed at, and asked him how long does one have to wait for service as I had been waiting for him for over 40 minutes he said he was only called 5 minutes ago which was the time I had gone to ask how long the person would wait. On her desk there were 4 people she was chatting with. Randall was a star, but Sophie is unprofessional.
