Unprofessional and Unfair Business Conduct

Hi Hellopeter... I have a complaint... My husband upgraded his MTN contract in Dec 2017... He received the new package and 2-days later it was faulty... So he took it to our nearest MTN store in Uitenhage and they returned it... He waited to get a new package, but nothing came, So after numerous calls he got fed up and asked for the upgrade to be reversed and his contract canceled with mtn... It is now end of Feb already and we still battling to get this query resolved, plus they making us pay for the contract, even though we don't have the phones!!! This is not fair... So could you please advise what we can do!!!
