Unprofessional and rude staff

I have a contract with MTN, and now the phone that the gave me isn't working. Yesterday I called their client care and I spoke to Samkelisiwe Dlamini. After listening to my story and realised she couldn't help I asked for her team leader. I waited for 15 minutes before I was told that team leaders and managers just went jnto a meeting and that someone will call me back. It was 11:17, noone called me.

Today I called again and spoke to Menzi Chabane, after patronizing the hell out of me he dropped the call.on my ear. Can MTN please just fix my phone so I don't have to deal with their rude employees?
