Unprofessional and Rude

Good day,

After a VERY busy morning in the office we are all drained and still not keeping up with the workload. MTN phones the boss and wants to sell something (telecom sales) the boss replies with a very honest answer, answering saying that we are really busy and refers the telecom sales guy to the PA , in a very professional way, the telecom sales guy answers rude AND swears the boss with a nice F-word and then puts the phone down? Well done MTN you just lost another successful client! Agriserve Commodities is a leading business and was a potential client for MTN, as we are looking for new work contracts. MTN will have to explain this.
