Unprofessional and inferior service

I have been receiving an extrem bad service from MTN Insurance. My first claim was submitted on 27th March 2023 until today I am still waiting to findout whether my claim is successful or not. Let alone I am still paying for my phones plus the insurance. They keeping saying incomplete information or missing document which I have send over and over again. Their app is not uploading documents and whatsapp line is the worst ever. I have been told they need an affidavit from the Police and I wouldn't have find out about that if I didn't call several times to make a follow up with the insurer. The calls get disconnected or there is so much inconsistance plus so much lies. I am even so frustrated because my husband was arm ****** on 12th of April 2023 unfortunately same insurance company. We are stuck without phones that we use for both work and business. The first claim is over a month now. I don't know if the acquisition by Santam will help improve the lack of service. We are really going to move to a real insurance company.
