Unprofessional and disgusting behavior

Very disappointed and disgusted by the service received from Mtn. Their consultant (Zandile) muted me when I informed her that I would like her to cancel my contract because it was not helping me with anything as it showed that I had network coverage but I could not access the internet. After that she decided to hang up the call. At first I was informed that it was reset and I should switch the phone off then back on after 5 minutes but that did not work. When mtn wants you to take up contracts they work 7 days a week but when you want to cancel they have to take you back and fourth. This agent did not even care, her only way of helping is by telling you that you need to call back on Monday. Very poor service and I have seen that this is how mtn treats their customers and I know I will end up having to go to a branch and causing a scene before this useless contract is actually canceled.
