Unprofessional agents & Teamleader without solutions

Avoid MTN if you value customer service. I’m currently dealing with incorrect billing, but trying to get it fixed is a nightmare. The agents are unprofessional, rude, and clearly don't care about solving problems. All I get are constant error messages on the app and "I can't help you" from the staff. They are quick to take your money but slow to provide any actual support. #MTN #BadService #ConsumerRights
