Unprofessional agents

I am going to shoot straight and be honest with my situation with mtn, I missed a contract payment for the month of August due to some financial situation, mtn then blocked all my contract numbers and it was understandable.. I then called them to make a payment arrangement for the coming month and I evn stated that I'll will make a double payment on this contract, my lines were opened in 48 hours after I engaged with the call centre agent, this week on Thursday I then received a call from some lady with attitude asking me about the payment on my contract, I then explained to her that the arrangements were made but then she canceled the 1st arrangement I made and opened a new case under a new arrangement she then blocked all my contacts again that falls under the contract, I followed up with agents then I'm being told I can't be busy making more arrangements because I've done more than three arrangements this year, it's so surprising and frustrating to see how unprofessional and *********** are mtn agents when it comes to handling customers issues, the system needs to indicate to them that I made an arrangement and it was unnecessary for that lady to call and cancel the arrangements made before, so now they expect me to pay the money whilest I make money telephonically with my clients but they blocked my numbers due to one month of non payment and with an arrangement awaiting. One more thing why do mtn record calls or keep records in the system that their own employees can't even check or operate properly.. This is so unprofessional and disgusting because I've been with mtn for more than 15yrs as a contract customer but then they offer such a poor service to me, I think customers should be aware of the type of service mtn offers to their customers when there's issues like mine. *** *** *** all these were blocked..... Mtn is loosing it they need to go back to training agents on how to verify and check their systems when it comes to customers contracts before they bash on us.
