Unprofessional

Yoh I've been trying to get in touch with MTN, I've emailed, phoned the whole of the previous week, only to get an automated response, this is really unacceptable, only today did someone answer but with not much help I was transferred to another department only to hold the line for half an hour to no response. This is so uncalled for
