UNPROFESSIONAL

Earlier this week I called the customer call centre in regards to my account. Needless to say I had to call 4 times to get through to someone till it cuts same for today. Though when I did get a hold of some I explain my situation.<br> <br> MDB INC is collecting my money on behalf of MTN and Shapiro is also calling me 3-5 times a day asking for payment I made an arrangement with them then cancelled as I realised I was paying to companies now and now Shapiro calls me threating legal action as they did before to get me to pay.<br> <br> Now the lady I spoke to at the beginning of the week explained to me that it was an error on their side as that two books have been opened and that she will close that Shapiro books collect what they have collected and close the books and write off the debt they have and continue with the book with MBD INC and be sorted in 24hrs.<br> <br> NOW THIS IS WHERE I LOST MY **** I STUGGLE TO GET THROUGH TO SOMEONE THEY DROP THE PHONE AND THEM WHEN I GET HOLD OF SOMEONE THEY KNOW NOTHING THEY STRUGGLING TO SEE THE NOTES.<br> <br> SOMEONE BETTER ****ING CALL ME BY C.O.B TODAY AND EXPLAIN EVERYTHING THAT IS GOING AND RESOLVE THIS ****ING **** !!!!!
